I need help, I've plugged the router in and it won't connect to the Wingo network. I've tried changing DHCP option 60 but it doesn't work, do you have any ideas?

Hello,
You don't give much information about your configuration. But I think as you are talking about option 60 you must be in copper and All IP (I don't know the config for Wingo, I'm with Swisscom). So if you are in this configuration (not fibre or pppoe) you do need option 60 with the vendor ID and you also need to have the same MAC address (that of your new modem) as the one registered with your ISP (Wingo). To do this, there are two solutions: 1. ask Wingo to make a new pairing with the MAC address of the new modem (Zyxel) or record (clone the MAC address) of the old modem in the configuration of the new modem (Zyxel).
