Question about Dyson Pure Cool Me
I need an extension cable for the Dyson Pure Cool Me. The instruction manual says that you must always connect directly to the mains and not via an extension cable or multiple socket. I think it needs a special extension cable with at least 40 watts. I only need a short piece (50-100cm would even be enough). Do you know what kind of cable can be used without risking the functionality of the Dyson?

The Dyson has one big disadvantage. The external power supply. It is huge. Not big, but huge! It's a chic design, but it's not practical. So that I could still power it behind a piece of furniture, I bought a power strip. So the extension of the cable works fine for me and without restriction. The multiple socket is also no problem for me.
40 watts is nothing with mains cables. Typically, mains connections and cables are designed for at least 6 amps. This means that a normal extension cable can carry approx. 1500 watts without any problems.
