I need a solution for 4 months. Can the subscription for the 30-day card be renewed each time without having to physically replace the SIM card?

This is possible without any problem... The amount is debited from the card...

Unfortunately, I can't answer that because I haven't activated the 30-day subscription myself (it was a special offer at the time).
However, I think that this should be possible as you described.
