I mean, they work in different countries, and if I buy a new laptop in Switzerland, it can leave for another country, does the ASUS warranty apply to other countries, or is the warranty only valid in Switzerland?

Since your notebook has a Global Warranty, you can also have it repaired at Asus Service in Peru.
However, after internal enquiry, I was informed that the CPU is soldered to the mainboard. Therefore, it is not possible to replace the CPU.

Unfortunately, I have no idea about the warranty. Asus support is very good and quick to answer questions. Just ask there.
