I lost the cable that supplies the table with power when I moved house.

I have tried another cable, AC adapter with 32 V - 0.4 A output, which physically fits.
Unfortunately, the height adjustment does not work, the display of the dashboard with display works, but is probably supplied with insufficient power.

Which cable / adapter do I need for the table?

I was able to carry out a search and unfortunately we do not currently have a guaranteed suitable power supply in our range. I have also extended my search and unfortunately I was also unable to find a power supply unit from the manufacturer itself. In such cases, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, as the manufacturer does not appear to have intended the spare parts for retail sale.
