I last assembled a computer with this memory. Now I get BSOD error messages (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) at irregular intervals. I have therefore used the Windows memory diagnostic tool. The status says that hardware problems were found and that I should contact the computer manufacturer. It also happened that Windows could no longer be started properly and the Windows repair tool started at the beginning. After a restart, however, Windows started normally. Can anyone help me? Or does anyone know a German supporter mail from Corsair? If the problem persists, can I send the memory back for a warranty check and get a replacement if the warranty conditions are met? Mainboard: MSI Tomahawk MAX CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: Radeon 570 Storage media: EVO Plus SSD from Samsung (M.2) and EVO Basic (SATA SSD) Thanks for the answers!
Is Windows up to date including all drivers? If so, check whether your BIOS is running on the latest firmware. For me, it was the latter.
Otherwise, take parts and test them in a different setup, so you can determine whether the parts are defective, if defective then you should be able to apply the warranty to my knowledge :)
