I have tried to connect the TV to a PC and Macbook via HDMI. Unfortunately, I can't get a picture. The device is recognised by both computers, but the TV reports no signal. I have tried all HDMI inputs, but nothing helps. Have I done something wrong? Thank you in advance.

I would try another HDMI cable, I had the same problem with the swisscom HDMI cable. I solved the problem with another cable!
