I have to change my disk of my macbookpro 13 inches mid 2009 is this ssd disk doing the trick?

Yes it works perfectly with your Mac (I installed it on an identical model) unfortunately the life of the 2009 MBP13 is severely compromised as no more MacOs X updates and a lagging processor.
Personally I would keep the money and buy a new laptop soon.
