I have this TV and the PS4 Pro. I switched the TV to HDR+, but for some reason I can't switch to HDR and 4K. Does anyone know what I need to do? And does this TV have Game Mode?

Helpful answer

Make sure that the PS4 Pro is connected to the HDMI port 1 or 2 of the TV using the HDMI cable supplied. The TV will check the input again. Then start the PS4 Pro. Open the "Settings" and go to "General", then to "External device management", there you can activate the "Game mode". Then select "HDMI UHD Color" and activate all HDMI inputs, after which the HDR of your PS4 should be activated.

This helped me, I had the same problem.

Yes, there is a game mode that should also be used for the ps4 pro.

It might be your HDMI cable I have an Xbox one X so I can see if everything works the 4K HDR etc. I don't know if you can do that with the ps4 if so you can see relatively quickly if it's your HDMI cable

But first set the console to Game Mode via the TV I'm not home right now otherwise I could explain it to you in more detail but it's not that hard you just have to click on the hdmi slot where the ps4 is connected and then take the icon where the controller is then click ok and it's in Game Mode 😅👍
