Question about Xplora X6Play eSIM
I have the watch and esim card for some reason i get messages and i can call but when someone calls me it goes streight to voicemail. Why?
The number must be stored in the app as a contact; only numbers stored in the app can call the watch. This is a safety function to protect children.
