I have the e-scooter new, yesterday I wanted to go to therapy fresh from the hospital. After about 100m I fell because the Merlin collapsed and the handlebars came towards me. The bolts are not secured. That's life-threatening. Has anyone experienced anything similar? How do you secure this powerhouse that goes so fast?

It happened to me once at the beginning. You have to make sure that it clicks into place. When it clicks, the handlebars always hold.
