Question about Wanbo T2 Ultra

I have received the Wanbo T2 Ultra and put it into operation. The start-up procedure went normally. Suddenly, however, the projection is displayed backwards. I have performed a reset (everything backlash-free) to the factory settings via the Basic settings menu. Unfortunately, the display has remained the same. Can anyone help here?

You can change this by adjusting the suspension or the position of the projector. Do you know how to do this?
