I have read twice that the wrong mains plug is fitted... is this really the case or has it been adjusted?

Adapter for CH was included.
The hoover is great, but the plug is not so great...
There is an adapter for Switzerland.

Yes, the mains plug doesn't fit because the two poles are too thick. But an additional plug is supplied in a plastic box. But with this monstrosity of a plug, the hoover can no longer be set up.
I can't say what the current situation is, but I had to buy an adapter.
