Question about Dreame T20
I have read about problems with the floor nozzle. Apparently the cables are too inflexible so that the roller sometimes stops working. Has anyone had similar problems and what is the warranty like in this case?
this is exactly what happened to me after 10 months, the cables to the motor on the brush are worn through, or torn off, exactly where they come out of the flexible tube into the brush head. unfortunately a faulty construction / design defect. meanwhile there are countless cases like this on youtube etc. what a pity, otherwise i would have been very satisfied with the device.
has not happened to me yet. It tends to happen that the brush no longer rotates when something too large (sometimes even a scrap of paper is enough) is fed in. In most cases, it is not immediately obvious that the brush is no longer rotating.
