I have put together a pc from you and built it, but I don't have a picture when I start it up. -I have no error message -I have already tried it via GPU. Is it possible that it only works via DVI? I only have an HDMI-compatible monitor and I read on certain forums that only DVI works with certain motherboards from the factory setting in the BIOS and that you have to adjust this. However, I can't find any information about these motherboards. Do you also know this problem?
I also had this with the ASUS MAXIMUS IX FORMULA. It only worked on the DVI connection. I connected a DVI to HDMI adapter to the graphics card and got a picture on the screen. After that, strangely enough, the HDMI cable also worked without me changing anything in the bios.
Hi, have you tried removing the GPU and only using OnBoard HDMI?
You may simply have a defective mainboard.
Kind regards
Izzy
Possibly the graphics output on the mainboard is also set to internal graphics output, so that the cable can only use the OnBoard connection until the driver is installed?!
Had the same thing, Dvi -> hdmi, then it worked.
What are the other specs of the setup? I've had a lot of these kinds of errors, from grabs to incorrectly inserted RAM.
