I have problems with the Bluetooth connection it somehow doesn't work I'm always called ... Pairing failed ! What am I doing wrong?
Does the indicator light up white (top right) when you press the Bluetooth button (top row, 2nd button from the right)? If not, press the battery indicator button (to the right of the Bluetooth button). If it lights up green, the keyboard is charged. If not, you need to charge the Slim Folio case with the iPad charging cable. The connection for this is on the right side of the folio. Unfortunately, there is no indication at Digitec that this folio has to be charged separately, unlike earlier versions that were charged at the same time as the iPad!
