I have now owned the Surface pro 4 for 23 months. As of today, I have what seems to be a known problem on the internet of screen flickering. Is Digitec aware of this? Can this be fixed? Or do I really have to replace the surface?
I'm on the road again in Germany and have the "flickering" again. Could it be a problem with the mains voltage? Does no one else have the problem? Is there still no solution?
We have a total of 10 Microsoft Surface Pro 4s in use with our customers, with different specifications (CPU, RAM, SSD capacity). So far, one of them had to be replaced because of a bright spot on the screen, which gradually formed. However, none of them has flickered yet. With two devices, there was already the problem that the screen remained black although the system was running (with an external monitor). Then it helped to press the power button for 30 seconds.
I don't know, my screen gets a yellow cast from time to time, but fortunately it doesn't flicker yet. But I'm also curious about the answer to Willy.berchtold's question ...
