I have now also read about the "switch off after 30 minutes". Is it possible that it switches off after 30 minutes if I program a later charging time on the car (start more than 30 minutes after switching on the charger)? That would be the application I have planned.

I've been using this charger for over a year without any regrets. It works perfectly and has never switched off after 30' without being asked to do so. I usually programme it in the evening at off-peak times to start at around 9pm and switch it off in the morning at 6.30am, but by then my vehicle is 100% charged anyway... I'd definitely recommend it
