I have not been able to connect my Ring to my smartphone since yesterday evening. It is also not possible to delete or reinstall it. The battery is fully charged. Has anyone had similar experiences? I've thought about draining the ring so that it virtually restarts. Otherwise there will probably be an RMA case... and that after almost 2 months
Yes, unfortunately I had the same problem. Too bad after exactly 3 months... Unfortunately I couldn't solve it and have reported it to Digitec.
I am very sorry that you are having such problems with this ring. According to information from forums, you can try draining the battery completely, recharging it and disconnecting the app. To do this, uninstall the app and remove the device in the Bluetooth settings.
Otherwise, please open a service case so that this can be checked under warranty.
