I have just plugged in the tv the picture is soooo bad with the sunrise tv box and the movie setting, what is the best setting ( brightness sharpness contrast ect. ) ??? Please help

I switched off the intelligent picture mode, then selected the standard mode and adjusted the picture according to personal preference. Brightness in the upper third, sharpness towards 0 or completely off (otherwise it becomes extremely artificial). The intelligent mode... Is probably too intelligent ;)
