Question about Samsung Book Cover Keyboard
I have just bought this keyboard and it is impossible to configure it correctly. I have set it to French qwertz (Swiss), but the keyboard remains on qwerty and special characters are not found. Do you have a solution?

I had the same problem.
It's not a problem with the keyboard, but with the configuration.
To configure it successfully, you need to look for the "Physical Keyboard" setting and then choose French Swiss QWERTZ or German Swiss QWERTZ. Please note that you really need to set the physical keyboard and not the SAMSUNG keyboard.
Once you have configured the physical keyboard, it will work perfectly.
You should either contact the technical support of the brand or our customer service, if for example the article is defective.
