I have installed this SSD in my ThinkPad E570.Bios is updated and the latest SSD drivers from Samsung are also on it but I only get read approx.1800mb / write approx.1500MB. How does that work?

The read and write speeds in the product description are the theoretically achievable maximum values.

That is why the actual values are somewhat lower.
