Question about Xplora X6 Play (1st Gen) (Nano Sim)

I have installed the xplora x6 play eSIM, however I can not call the watch and the watch cannot call itself. I am pretty sure this watch does not work in The Netherlands as I tried 5 providers that supply esims and non of them work…
