Question about Epson EH-LS650W

I have installed the Sunrise TV app. On one channel (SRF 2) the transmission stops after about 1 minute. All other channels work. Has anyone experienced this problem?

We have no personal experience with this item and therefore cannot answer the question. However, it sounds like only the broadcaster (SRF 2) is having problems, so we would guess that it is a problem with the broadcaster itself. We recommend that you place this request directly with Sunrise, as the app comes from this supplier.
