Question about Pure Highway 600
I have installed the Highway 600 according to the instructions. Radio via FM frequency is working. Mobile phone connected via Bluetooth. The Highway 600 shows the contact list etc. When I dial a contact, a call is set up, but no sounds are transmitted. Same thing when I receive calls: it rings, I can answer the call, but neither the caller nor the called party can hear anything. Who can help me here?
No sound or too quiet
In the Bluetooth settings menu of your mobile device, make sure your device is connected to Highway.
Make sure Highway is not in pairing mode.
If you are using the auxiliary input, make sure the plugs are firmly seated in the jacks.
Check the volume setting on your mobile device or check the display to see what is playing.
