I have installed the board with an i9 10900KF and a corsair 850 power supply. now I have the problem that it won't start at all, I only plugged in the 8pin because I don't have an additional one on the power supply. Do I have to buy a new power supply? I can't even see the q-code, only the borad is lit up in all colours. Can anyone help me

I assume that you have effectively plugged in all the power plugs. So your computer is not posting and unfortunately you don't even have a post code, is that right?

Good morning, the 8 pin is perfectly adequate. You certainly don't need to buy a new power supply (provided the power supply is not defective). The small 4 pin serves as an additional power supply if you want to overclock heavily. A few more questions...

- Have you checked all cable connections to the power supply and mainboard for tightness? You write that there is not even an LED on the board...at the back of the I/O shield (connections), some LED should certainly light up when the power supply is set to on.
- 24 pin ATX connector plugged into the mainboard?
- The graphics card should be plugged in, since the KF 10900 does not have an IGPU.
