I have installed it now, the fan that comes with it is quite loud or is that just my feeling?
My tip: change the fan control range in the bios. This is completely sufficient for the temperatures. Since then, no more problems.
Boxed coolers are generally somewhat louder. However, AMD's fan control can regulate this to a tolerable level.
