I have had this TV for about a week. Since I don't have a fixed TV connection, I watch via App-Zatoo. But unfortunately I can't simply switch the channels up and down in this app, but have to select the channel via the menu. Does anyone else know about this problem and can it be fixed?
PS: I have already reset the TV once, deleted and reinstalled the app and also reconnected the remote control to the TV.

Try activating the SimpLink in the menu. It worked wonders for me after I connected the sounbar 😉
