Question about Razer Mouse Dock Pro
I have had the dock since yesterday and the installation ect worked without any problems - also updating the firmware and connecting the mouse (Razer Basilisk v3 pro) worked without any problems, but yesterday and today I put the mouse on the dock for several hours but the mouse won't charge (and yes I put this cover on the mouse). Do i have to pay attention to something special or does anyone have a tip on what the reason could be or how i can get it to work?
I have the Naga Pro, I had to change the adapter in the bottom of the mouse (a round "puck") so that the mouse can be charged inductively.

Yup, it must be the cable that is included, I made the same mistake
i think it was because i didn't use the usb-c cable that came with it but one that i already had on my pc... just try the original one and see if that works
