I have had the device for more than a year and have hardly had any problems with it. Now, all of a sudden, the message came up that I should check the power to the antenna. How should I do that exactly? The unit no longer works at all. Is this because I unscrewed the antenna from the car for a short time? But it still worked during that time.
This can happen over time. The adapter in the cigarette lighter can become loose due to the vibrations when driving. Simply unplug it once and plug it back in again. Also disconnect and reconnect the USB connection at the same time.
