I have had the chair for 1 month now and all of a sudden the chair squeaks and the backrest function no longer engages properly. Do you have any tips on what I can do about it?

Hello @DevoPrizren
I have exactly the same problem. I have the chair at home and at the office. Both started squeaking after 2-3 weeks. I had to loosen the four screws and put rubber washers under them. After that the squeaking was gone.
