I have connected the beamer via a Kanaan 4x2 HDMI matrix and 15m cable with players (Amazon FireTV, DVD). With cable in input 2 the picture is stable, in 1 there are always failures, why?

We would recommend that you connect it directly (without the HDMI matrix) and possibly use a different HDMI cable. This will help you to find out if it is the TV or the distributor.
