Question about Alpine Ezi-Dab-Bt

I have already bought two of these devices and am thrilled by the clarity of the sound.
I have no problems with the connections to the antenna on either device.
If I am not satisfied, I would exchange the device for a replacement.
The best way to connect to the car radio is via the headphone plug and not via the antenna.

Do you have the original plug in the cigarette lighter? i read once that there can be problems with the antenna if you don't use the original part. otherwise, no, i don't know the problem. good luck, otherwise exchange it!
