Question about SoFlow SO3 Gen 2

I have an SO3 Gen2, and it worked fine. After a holiday I took it back and it gave me an E2 error... Brake fault? I've checked the braking, it's OK, I've shortened the brake lever travel, I've lengthened the travel.... I can't connect my phone because of this error! Has anyone had this problem before?
