Question about LaCie d2 Quadra

I have an older d2 Quadra with 700 GB memory and would like to expand it to 4TB or more by changing the hard disk. Is that possible, what kind of connections should be available. Are there 2.5 inch disks built in? Which ones are recommended? Many thanks
