I have already ordered one, but I cannot use WLAN. Is it possible that the laptop does not have integrated Wi-Fi? If so, how can I return it?
The point of a mobile device is to be equipped with WLAN/Bluetooth. It is definitely built in.
The problem: What does it mean that it cannot be used?
Usually there is a WLAN symbol on the keyboard next to the f keys, which causes a switch between network and flight mode (the switch is displayed at the top right of the screen). The device should not be in flight mode. If I am not mistaken, this should be the "f8" key. Depending on the model, the key can be activated with or without additionally pressing "fn".
You can also look in the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen icon to see whether WLAN is on or off. If it is on, the WLAN field must be blue. A list of WLANs in the vicinity then appears.
