I have a Synology DiskStation DS1511+ with 5x 3TB WD ECO SATAII disks; possible to replace one of them by the 3TB WD RED SATAIII ? Thanks

Yes, the WD Red works well in the DS1511, and adding one at a time as needed is no issue.
