Question about JBL Bar 9.1

I have a slight hiss (noise) all the time with both detachable speakers when they are on the bar or even plugged in. They have already been replaced once and the problem persists since the beginning... I have calibrated them completely via Google. Can anyone help me with this ? As it interferes with the "nice" sound when watching TV quietly all the time. Thanks in advance.
