I have a Ryzon 7 3700x and it is cooled with the standard cooler it gets in the ideal 42/46 degrees hot and in full load 87/90 degrees hot, is that normal with the CPU or is there a defect in the CPU? The CPU otherwise runs smoothly and automatically boosts to 4.3 Ghz.

No, the high temperatures are normal with a boxed cooler. It is certainly not due to the CPU. The temperatures are in no way harmful to the processor, but I would not overclock.
The Wraith can dissipate more than 110w, the R7 has 65WTTP.
Check if there is LP on the lower left edge, the core is slightly offset from the middle of the die.
My 3700x has idle 45, load (CB20, Blender) max 77 (measured in the hot days with 29C room temp).
Also check if the little switch at the bottom of the Prsim is clicked to the right, otherwise it works silent with a third rpm less, which makes almost 10c more under load.
If you want to overclock, I would get an AIO.
