Question about Ecovacs Winbot W1 Pro

I have a question: my Evovacs always tells me to plug it into a power source, even though I have already done so. The robot has been in the cupboard for a year now, but has only been used twice and the warranty has expired.

It must always be connected to a power source, it does not have a battery. But if it also screams when it is connected to the power supply, then that's not good.
