I have a question. After I mounted the monitor, the bracket is slanted, so it's not straight, but the monitor is not that heavy. What can I do?

Hoi - if your TFT weighs less than 8KG (incl. cable) then check whether all screws are correctly tightened, including those on the table clamp - or the other way round: where does it start to slant? Tighten there. Is the tabletop bending? If so, try to distribute the load with a flat piece of wood.
