I have a question about this box. Is it normal that Netflix is very buggy with the remote control? 2. is there a way to get Zattoo to work? Can I simply download the APK, load it onto a stick and then install it on the box?

Yes, that is normal. Unfortunately, Netflix does not work as it should.

Zattoo can be installed via APK. Simply Google the APK (also possible via existing web browser), download and install. Works perfectly.
