I have a question about this box. Is it normal that Netflix is very buggy with the remote control? 2. is there a way to get Zattoo to work? Can I simply download the APK, load it onto a stick and then install it on the box?

Yes, that is normal. Unfortunately, Netflix does not work as it should.
2. is there a way to get Zattoo to work? Can I simply download the APK, load it onto a stick and then install it on the box?
Zattoo can be installed via APK. Simply Google the APK (also possible via existing web browser), download and install. Works perfectly.
