I have a problem with my Valve Index and when I connect it to the PC, it is 1. recognised as a "3D camera" and 2. I see in the windows settings in "Devices" under "Other devices" that something else has connected, namely an "Unknown USB device (error when requesting a device description" and underneath it says "Driver error" in small letters.

And that's why SteamVR doesn't recognise my Valve Index and it lights up blue all the time (standby mode).

And what I should do now, I don't know :( I hope that someone reads my problem here and can help me.
