Question about Samsung 850 EVO Basic

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with a 500GB SSD and would like to upgrade to 1000GB with the Samsung 850 EVO Basic. Will it fit in there? Could I even go up to 4000GB?

Is it Intel SSD 540 Series or Transcend JetDrive 820? The latter SSD costs almost twice as much as the former...
