I have a Macbook Air 2013 model A1466 with 256GB, does this SSD expansion fit in the same slot with 512 or better yet 1024GB! Are there any heat problems?

I installed this SSD (1GB) in my niece's MB Air 2017 a month ago. It runs and runs and runs... The only tricky thing was that I had to search for the SSD on various websites in Germany and the USA and when I found the right type, I ordered it here at Digitec.

So far, the MacBook is running flawlessly. And it has been for a few years and quite heavily loaded with photo editing and video editing.
