I have a light-coloured border outside the screen. It looks as if the projector is not aligned correctly. But it is. I have hardly used the keystone correction at all. What could be the reason for this? Was the device handled too hard during transport by parcel post?

I don't know the problem. But I don't have a screen either. Maybe move closer. Otherwise the image is probably not being projected correctly by the computer.
