Question about HP Active Data Pen

i have a lenovo flex 5-IIL05 and i bought this pen today and i asked again if this pen really works with this notebook i was told yes.... but nothing works for me. can someone help me?

The pen only works with HP devices and not all of them. I have 2 HP Spectre and each one needs a different pen to work.
