Question about Devolo WiFi Repeater ac

I have a Devolo WiFi repeater, which I was able to install perfectly and which works. Now I got two exactly the same from you and nothing works. Is it not possible to install other repeaters or am I doing something (what???) wrong?

That's why I sold mine again and bought the AVM Fritz. Without any problems. I have five of them running.
