I have 2 questions:
1. are the outer arms removable?
2. I would like to position my 830mm wide monitor in the middle and mount two 620mm wide monitors at the edge. Can anyone tell me if this would be feasible, or could someone try it out and see what the distance is with the arms fully extended?

You can take off your arms.
The setting as you want it, it won't work like that. What measurement do you want? Middle middle?
