Question about Logitech Z623

I got these speakers for my TV. I wanted to leave the 3.5mm cables plugged into the TV and also be able to play music from my phone with the Logitech Bluetooth adapter. Is that possible?

If the TV supports this, it should not be a problem because the music is streamed via the TV and not via the speakers.
